F.A.Q. & Troubleshooting

  1. Where can I find the logs? Every task has its logs. To see the logs of one particular task, hover your mouse over the three dots button, then click on the logs button. If you want to see the logs of all the tasks, go to settings, click on the save logs button, and select a directory where they will be saved.

  2. I start the bot and get "already in use" error. If you see this error, you need to reset the key. To do this, open DM with Tokenizer Auth bot and send this command !reset your-key.

  3. What should I do if something doesn't work as it is supposed to? a) Read the guide thoroughly one more time. b) Restart the bot and then the computer. c) Check the chat to see if anyone had similar issue. If it is still not solved, open a ticket and explain the issue in detail.

  4. How to transfer data from one computer to another? As of now, you need to go to %AppData%\Tokenizer and transfer its contents to another computer.

  5. Why is the number of solved captchas decreasing? Captchas are either consumed by tasks or their lifetime period has expired.

  6. What to do if parts of the interface are missing? You need to restart Tokenizer. Make sure that you closed it properly (check that Tokenizer isn't running in the task manager).
